Although she has a head for business, Sarah's heart is with the charities and non-profit organizations. Her favorites are Model Cities of Saint Paul, Minnesota Public Radio, The American Refugee Committee, Cornelia Place and The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra.


Education & Awards

Sarah completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Olaf College. After receiving her Masters from the University of Minnesota in Child Development, she taught in the field of Special Education for ten years.

Recently Sarah received a personal commendation from CEO of Coldwell Banker and Ralph Burnet of C. B. Burnet for outstanding service to one of her clients (see testimonials). Consistently one of the top Real Estate Agents in Saint Paul, Sarah also received an International Award for being one of the top 50 agents in the company!

Professional Experience

While seamlessly maintaining her single family residential business, Sarah was involved with two very unusual projects and more are on the horizon. Developers have come to her in search of historical guidance and expertise as real estate professional.

The first project was The Rossmor. Built in 1916, the Rossmor Building is well known among the artistic community for its wide-open spaces, huge windows and great light. Under Sarah’s guidance, these genuine artist spaces have been successfully converted into 129 lofts making them truly livable while carefully maintaining the character of the historic building.

The second development was a 57 unit, new construction project called The Aberdeen. Again, with Sarah’s inspiration, the project was thoughtfully designed and beautifully crafted to blend seamlessly into the surrounding historic community. The Saint Paul Heritage Preservation Commission unanimously supported and helped shape the plan that was created to blend modern urban living with time-tested values and integrity.


Personal Background

Sarah is originally from Hilliard, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio. She’s an avid reader and loves to travel. Her passion is renovating her turn of the century Victorian home, and despite her folksy, albeit plucky demeanor, she was recently featured in two magazines, one regional and one national. A third publication will be on newsstands soon. 


Language Capabilities

If I am not mistaken, I recently saw a Rosetta Stone Program in the stack on her desk. I think she’s been brushing up on some old high school and college courses. Parlez-vous Francais?
